What types of classes do you offer?
I offer CPR, AED, and First Aid training for adults, children, and infants. Classes are available for individuals, families, and groups, including workplace and on-site training.
What are hybrid courses and how do they work?
Hybrid courses involve both online and in person training, the difference is that when you schedule a hybrid course, I will send you the materials such as videos that you will need to pass the tests and in person skills, you will just need to schedule the in person training.
Do I receive a certification?
Certification options are available depending on the course selected. A same day digital copy is issued after course completion, and a physical copy can be mailed out on request. Please contact me for details about certification types and requirements.
Do I need any prior experience?
No prior experience is required. Classes are designed for beginners and those renewing their training.
Where are classes held?
Classes can be held at your workplace, a designated training location, or another approved site depending on your needs.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for group or workplace classes.
Do you offer on-site or group training?
Yes. I offer on-site training for businesses, schools, gyms, and community organizations. I can accommodate small and large groups and tailor training to your workplace environment.
Do you offer CPR classes in Spanish?
Yes. CPR and First Aid classes are available in Spanish. Please let me know your language preference when booking.
How long does a class take?
Class length varies depending on the course and group size, but most classes last between 2–4 hours.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself and comfortable clothing. All training materials and equipment are provided.
Is the training hands-on?
Yes. Classes are hands-on and interactive, with plenty of time to practice skills.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Accepted payment methods will be discussed during scheduling.
What if I’m nervous about performing CPR?
That’s completely normal. Classes are supportive, low-pressure, and focused on building confidence at your pace.
